Mr. Martin-Löf is a private equity investor based in London, UK. Prior to 2000, he was previously at CS First Boston and Lehman Brothers where he was involved in various private equity and industrial transactions in Europe and the US. In 2003 he joined the senior management team of Electrolux AB as Head of Business Development. In 2008, Mr. Martin-Löf started White Cloud Capital, headquartered in London, and has since earned a track record of substantial value creation reflected in many successful investments in the pharmaceutical, industrial and consumer products industries, Andion Global being one of these. Mr. Martin-Lof has a Master of Science degree in polymer technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden and holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

F. Phillip Abrary

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Abrary has nearly three decades of executive experience as a visionary founder in the technology, financial management and resources sectors. After founding RTM Norden Inc. in 1995, a technology consulting firm serving the pulp & paper industry, he went on to form Ostara Nutrient Recovery Technologies Inc, which would become the recognized global market leader in nutrient recovery. Mr. Abrary served as Ostara’s President & CEO until 2017, when his passion for green technology innovation and concern for global environmental issues, led him to create Andion Global, whose mission is to combat global warming and energy insecurity by transforming organic wastes into a clean source of renewable energy. Headquartered in Vancouver, with offices in Milan and Stockholm, Andion currently has over 180 facilities in operation. Mr. Abrary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Carlo Valente

Mr. Valente has more than 20 years of international experience in business development, corporate advisory, M&A and accounting & finance across multiple sectors with companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals. His track record includes work on over 150 M&A and divestiture initiatives in North America and Europe and tenure as CFO at six companies with finances exceeding $200M, two of which were included on the TSX Venture 50. Mr. Valente holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and is Chartered Professional Accountant.

Daniele Chiodini

Chief Technical Officer

With significant expertise in environmental engineering and design, Mr. Chiodini leads Andion’s worldwide research and development programs and directs the process for developing and commercializing new products as well as improving existing technologies. His experience includes over 10 years in the EU and US markets as technical lead on projects totaling over $250M, with an emphasis on innovative anaerobic digestion and wastewater treatment solutions. Mr. Chiodini has a Master of Environmental Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

Roberto Zocchi

Board Chair of Andion Italy SpA

With over three decades of experience in the water, environmental and renewable energy sectors, Mr. Zocchi is a true change agent, particularly in Italy, where, in senior executive roles in engineering and innovation, he collaborated with all levels of government to help spearhead the reorganization of Italian water sector and water resources. His regulatory experience extends to the global stage as World Bank partner and as a committee chairman at the European Federation of Water Management Associations. The author of several scientific and managerial papers, Mr. Zocchi has presented at numerous national and international congresses and taught masters-level courses at universities in Rome, Milan and Pisa. He is Managing Director of Andion Italy SpA and member of the strategic management team at Andion Global.

Christer Martin-Löf

Managing Director, Nordics

Mr. Martin-Löf’s 40 years of experience as a project manager spans numerous fields in the energy, transportation and pharmaceutical sectors across the EU and North America including complex projects in waste to energy plants, nuclear power industries, power generation, transmission and distribution, and infrastructure such as railway, light rail and tram systems. As a co-founder, he successfully built up a project management consultancy to a successful business with over 300 employees. Mr. Martin-Löf is a registered Project Management Professional, a Naval Officer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Mattias Pihlgren

Vice President of Business Development in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia)

With a Master of Science degree in Finance from Stockholm University and the London School of Economics, Mr. Pihlgren has more than 20 years of experience in business development with global leaders in the forest products sector including Mercer International, SCA and ArjoWiggins. Additionally, his independent consultancy experience in sales and business development, specifically for biomass products in global markets, ideally positions him to secure markets, clients and crucial feedstocks for Andion’s waste-to-energy operations. Mr. Pihlgren’s background also includes roles in investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston, SEB Group, and Mangold Securities.

Eric Streeter

General Counsel

Mr. Streeter has nearly 20 years of experience as corporate counsel in several multinational technology companies. Most recently, he was General Counsel at Ostara, the world leader in nutrient recovery and one of Canada's premiere clean technology companies. Prior to Ostara, he held a number of senior legal roles with MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates, Canada's leading space and satellite technology company, including four years as Commercial Director for the company’s UK and Ireland businesses. He was also legal counsel at Creo, a global leader in industrial and product design & development technology. Mr. Streeter holds a B.A. (Hons), Political Science, a M.A., Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Univeristy of British Columbia.

Luca Belli

Managing Director, Europe

Mr. Belli has more than 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment, and waste-to-energy sectors in Italy and abroad. He has a wealth of experience in the biogas sector having held executive positions with some of the most prestigious global engineering companies providing design, process engineering and project management to provide solutions to manage municipal and industrial waste streams, wastewater, and agri-food resource recovery. Prior to joining Andion Global, Mr. Belli was Operations Director at Suez Italy. During his tenure at Suez Italy, Belli held roles as Operations Director, with managerial and financial responsibility for O&M contracts as well as responsibility of the delivery platform for their SES Division (Smart Environmental Solutions), and operational performance of Suez Italy’s Business Unit along with innovation and sustainable development. Belli also served as Managing Director at Anaergia Europe Gmbh, and Anaergia Srl, from 2010 to 2017, where he was responsible for Profit and Loss account, and the company’s global expansion in the biogas market. Mr. Belli holds a Diploma of Chemistry from ITIS (Instituto Technco Industriale di Stato), and is currently based in Milan (Andion Italy SpA).

Edward (Ted) Jones

Chief Information Officer

A senior IT executive, Mr. Jones has over 30 years of experience in industrial automation and IT systems management. At Andion, he oversees the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with global operations to maximize company and client value. Prior to Andion, he was Chief Information Officer & Director of Automation at Ostara, responsible for the implementation of process information and automation systems for phosphorous recovery facilities at over 15 wastewater treatment plants in North America and Europe. Mr. Jones’ experience also includes roles as Technical Director at RTM Norden, an international business and technology consulting firm; and as Project Specialist at ABB Group, a world leader in power and automation technologies. Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Dragan Strujic

Vice President, Engineering and Projects

Mr. Strujic’s 30-plus years of experience as an engineer and project manager spans numerous fields in the energy sector across the EU and North America including: oil and gas, gasification energy systems, anaerobic digestion and Cleantech. His expertise also encompasses significant leadership roles in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). Mr. Strujic’s extensive background is instrumental in leading the design, construction and implementation of Andion’s waste-to-energy systems. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Project Management Professional.

Stefano Stucchi

Director, Engineering

Mr. Stucchi’s 15-plus years of experience in anaerobic digestion and industrial wastewater treatment includes critical expertise in proprietary machinery development, design and construction. As Engineering Manager, Mr. Stucchi leads all aspects of process design and project execution for all Andion facilities, from initial concept to client delivery, including mechanical, electrical and automation engineering. Mr. Stucchi holds a Master of Environmental Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

Raffaella Invernizzi

Director, Applications and Proposals

Ms. Invernizzi’s has 15-plus years experience specializing in the planning, management, and execution of environmental projects. As Application and Proposal Engineer, Ms. Invernizzi is responsible for managing client offers, quotes and contracts. Her background in project management includes management of clients, cash flow, man-hour resources, external vendors and construction contracts. Prior to joining Andion, Ms. Invernizzi was a project and environmental engineer at Foster Wheeler, a multinational oil and gas engineering company based in Switzerland. Ms. Invernizzi holds a Master of Environmental Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

Michele Lissoni

Vice President, Procurement

Mr. Lissoni’s 20-plus years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment engineering and construction include specialization in procurement, project costing and quality management. As Vice President of Procurement, in collaboration with the Sales and Engineering, Mr. Lissoni is responsible for international supply chain negotiations, issuing purchase orders and procurement contracts for the Andion. Mr. Lissoni holds a Master of Industrial and Management Engineering degree from the Polytecnic University of Milan and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Italy.

Marco Ferlenghi

Director of Business Development, Italy

Mr. Ferlenghi’s experience includes over 15 years leading multi-disciplinary technical teams – environmental, engineering, industrial – In the design and delivery of anaerobic digestion and wastewater treatment projects in Europe. His background also includes direct operational management of waste-to-energy and agri-biogas plants. Prior to Andion, Mr. Ferlenghi was a project and environmental engineer at Foster Wheeler, a multinational oil and gas engineering company based in Switzerland, and he also held roles at Italy-based Pirelli. Mr. Ferlenghi has a Master of Environmental Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
